Agreement

By reading, browsing or otherwise using duosse.com (the "Site"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, the remedy is simple: please do not use the Site. The Site is published by DUO ASSESSORIA & MIDIA LTDA (the "Publisher").

What Duosse Is

Duosse is an editorial publication about traditional Alsatian cooking. Everything on the Site, including recipes, articles, headnotes and page design, is provided for reading and personal cooking use. Nothing on the Site is offered for sale, and the Site does not process transactions of any kind.

Using Our Recipes

You are welcome to cook from our recipes at home, print a copy for your own kitchen, and share links to our pages. You may not republish our recipes, headnotes or other text in full elsewhere, whether on another website, in an app, in print or in a newsletter, without written permission from the Publisher. Short quotations with a clear link back to the original page are fine.

Intellectual Property

The Duosse name, the text of the Site and the arrangement of its content belong to the Publisher or are used under license. Photography is used under the terms of its respective providers. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

Conduct We Expect

When using the Site you agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest or bulk download the Site's content by automated means;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Site or its hosting;
• Misrepresent the Site's content as your own work;
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Third Party Links and Services

Pages on the Site may link to external websites or load resources from third party providers, such as font and image services and advertising networks. Those destinations have their own terms and policies, and the Publisher is not responsible for their content or practices.

No Warranty

The Site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep recipes accurate and instructions clear, but we do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free or suited to any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from cooking any recipe published on it. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from use of the Site will be subject to the competent courts under that law.

Changes to These Terms

The Publisher may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after a revision means you accept the revised Terms.
